Importance of Breakfast. Mine's Herbalife nutritional shake. what's yours?

aku dikala breakfast pagi2. =)

So, dari statement kat atas ni, kite dapat tau yg breakfast teramat la penting dlam hidup kan?
kadang2 kagum gak bile orang jaga kereta lagi hebat dari jaga badan sendiri..nasib belum jumpe je org yg cakap mcm ni:
 "tuhan dah plan, bile kereta aku akan sampai ajal, so aku tak perlu take care sangat kete aku tu..bile dah sampai ajal, nak rosak, rosak jugak..aku takyah nak jaga2 hantar kete gi service, maintainance kete, cek minyak hitam sume tu.." 
tapi hakikatnye manusia sedar yang kite perlu jaga kereta untuk maintain kan performance kereta tu, tapi malangnye selalu tak sedar yang kite punye badan pon perlukan maintanance..
(ape punye perbandingan da aku gne...XD)

sebenarnye penyakit2 kronik mcm kencing manis jantung sume tu boleh di prevent dgn salah satu nye jaga pemakanan..tapi, org ske cakap " ala, kalau tuhan dah tetapkan nak sakit, sakit la jugak kalau aku jaga macam mane pon.." ikot ske kau lah.malas aku nak layan. haha

aku sbnrnya nak bebel pasal breakfast ni..KENAPA BREAKFAST?? ala, penting sangat kerR??sini aku bebel sikit.
1) 40 tahun research tentang breakfast cakap, yang breakfast ni meal paling penting dalam seharian kita and penting untuk semua range umur and makhluk yg bernama manusia kat dunia ni..kanak2, teenagers, warga emas, golongan istimewa, pondan, bapuk, lesbian etc sume perlukan sarapan pagi ni.
"Eating breakfast is very important for the brain and the body first thing in the morning", said Los Angeles registered dietitian Gail Frank, spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. "Breakfast skippers often feel tired, restless or irritable in the morning."

2) sarapan tu la merupakan peluang utk badan kite isi balik blood glucose level lepas kite tidur, tak makan apa2..glucose (sugar) ni penting utk otak n source utama utk tenaga n fuel kite punye muscle utk aktiviti kita.

3) breakfast ni, SANGAT2 penting utk penurunan berat badan dan pengurusan berat badan. supaya kita tak lapar pukul 10pg mcm tu pastu gi makan tit bits bnyk2 instead of taking a proper breakfast.
"You 'break the fast' of not eating for the past eight to 12 hours. It helps curb your hunger and prevent binge eating later in the day. Breakfast is important to manage your weight and potentially loose weight by eating less calories throughout the day."

4) tau tak yg breakfast boleh affect kite punye mood dan emosi? so sape yang marah2 pagi2 tu tak breakfast la tu. kurang nutrisi.XD

5) utk students, breakfast ni teramatla penting utk konsentrasi dalam kelas. pastu research pon ada cakap yg students amik sarapan pagi lagi excel dari yg tak sarapan pagi. orang keje pon sgt perlukan breakfast utk prestasi kerja. =)

p/s : kata2 dalam " " tu sume dietician yang cakap..


so apa excuse korang utk tak breakfast??!!!!
takda masa?? come on!! lame gila alasan..how much time does it take utk nak makan cereal/oats pagi2?ntah, lama la kot utk org yg  tak breakfast ni. kalau tak pon, set la alarm 10 minit awal pagi2 tu..aku senang je wat shake 2 minit da siap, kalau tak sempat aku bwk gi kelas je (which aku mmg slalu buat).

tak lapar?? sebab korang dah skip breakfast lamaaa sangat yg membuatkan badan pon tak terasa lapar, dah takleh detect hungry signal pagi2..cuba try amik simple2 breakfast, nanti mesti badan korang normal balik. start changing yourself to a healthier eating habits/lifestyle. take the step. do the right thing. eat breakfast!

alasan "aku tak ske la makanan sarapan pagi2 milo, oats, roti, nasi lemak etc"???..cuba minum shake, konpem suka punye la breakfast..takde breakfast problem dah. XD

kenapa aku pilih shake Herbalife utk breakfast?oke sbgi student la kan, takda maknanye aku nak gi cafe pepagi buta cari nasi lemak.malas kot!!(korang pon tau nasi lemak hari2 pon tak elok jugak). paling penting, shake ni die ringkas, senangkan keje aku, takyah amik masa lama.bawak gi kelas je kalau tak sempat tu..pastu aku ni mmg nak kene breakfast,and aku tau kepentingan breakfast ni. kalau tak, mula la nanti pukul 9 melelau cari kiosk beli jajan..ish3..teruk betul kalau tak breakfast. .pastu, Herbalife shake ni nutrisi, mestilah aku pikir, pagi2 aku nak bagi badan dgn makanan yg sihat, high nutrition dense food utk start up my day..rasa best je, seronok je..(mgkn sbb aku tak prefer makan mee grg, nasi lemak, roti canai pagi2..aku rasa macam kesian je kat badan aku)..

so, itu aku..korang breakfast ape?? ke korang golongan tak breakfast?? pape pon, breakfast la k?sgt penting!!
anyone yang nak ubah lifestyle by taking healthy breakfast mcm aku, boleh contact k? InsyaAllah aku akan tolong korang..=)

Flat Shoes versus High Heels

Shoes issue. haih. woman and fashion definitely cannot be separated!!! y? ntah, dah lumrah perempuan ada 9 nafsu 1 akal..right? that's y if they have pimples pon da gelabah satu alam begegar dgr jeritan mereka ini..XD

so gurls, which one do you prefer? fashion over functionality??

 i think most gurls will prefer fashion than comfortability, functionality..kasut  keras,sakit kaki pon takpelah..cool je asal cantik.. BEAUTY IS PAIN remember the quote??!!!

With lots and lots of shoe stores opening, it has become a goal for women to secure themselves for atleast la cikai2 pon a pair(which most of the women would need a big shoe rack to put their shoes in) of this fashion accessory. High heels are definitely sexy, and for some its utterly irresistible and therefore its a fashion staple.

tp skrg, flats also becomes a part of a-must-have-shoe, becoming increasingly popular as the designs are getting i would say nicer cuter and hotter, not just a simple flat shoes! so which one would you prefer most?
Well, for me, (im short oke guys) so i would definitely prefer high heels when going out (not to classes, beaches, pasar tani etc. slipar tinggi pakai la.) specifically wedges bcoz its much more stable n mcm cool2 je style ..stilleto nanti jatuh tegolek aku pakai and for me it suits for ladies with a strong attitude, bukan utk lepak2 style..and i wont wear shoes that makes my foot suffer! seriously! i would choose a comfortable wedges that i can wear like for long hours. i cant bare with hard shoes! crazy man! ya, i bought a few times nice shoes but impracticably aches my legs, n guess what? i will never ever wear them again. they will be kept in the shoe boxes for decades! bye2 shoes. im sorry.

for flat shoes, i bought twice(i think) 4 my class shoe but somehow i dont think it suits me(mcm kelakar la rasa..pendek,mcm badut,etc). sekejap je pakai, lepas tu tesadai kat rak kasut. rather wear sandles. =)

Anyhow, the top 5 reasons for women to wear heals (stilettos, kitten heels, court shoes, wedges etc) basically bcoz :


1) damn! it adds height especially for me with 150cm,having a bf of 178cm. so yeah, it helps.
2) it makes the feet looks smaller and in shape
3) definitely making the legs looks longer smaller slander n hotter
4) achieving a nicer body posture (body shape)
5) it adds up confidence


so tell me ladies, which one would you prefer?? =) flat shoes? or high heels?

ini entri KATAK!

Subuh aku dikejutkan dengan KATAK! terime kasih katak!

lebih kurang mcm ni la rupa katak td! hensem la lu beb!
tenenet teneneten tenenet teneneten!!! alarm subuh bebunyik kol 6..pastu, as usual, tekan snooze smpi 6.30..nak dijadikan cerita, time aku bukak mata tekan snooze tu nmpk mcm byg2 katak kat kaki katil tgh lompat!! OMG!!!! apakah??!! aku pon try besarkan mata yg blur2 kabur2 pg buta kan..fine tak nmpk pape..but still, tgh takut gile! eekk, aku tarik selimut, tarik kaki ke ats, merengkutkan badan mcm ni -->

ni mestilah bukan aku kan..gmbr kat google je.
"tegeng!!"aku dgr mcm bunyik benda lompat2 ats kotak Herbalife aku!! amende la ni kan..mcm cite hantu pon ade..aku bukak je mate, nmpk katak lompat!! uurrgghh!!! geli+ takut! 
terus bgn,tak lipat selimut, lari kuar dari compartment aku n aku jerit
 "eeeeeeee!!!KATAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
 rummates aku yg tgh syok tido sume tejaga..
"mane zaza? maneee??!" 
sume gi solat Subuh lu, pastu aku gi kat bilik Pekja(bilik sebelah) mntk tlg.. sbb last time, ada katak masuk compartment Kak Faz(rummate aku), Pekja n Shikin(rummate jgk) yg tolong handle..tp this time Shikin geli coz katak ni bebuyik mcm "iikkk! iiikk!!" mcm tu la.. and kaki die panjang gile katak ni..dgn telekung2 Pekja dtg rescue pi bilik aku..malangnye tak bejaya sbb perlukan lagi sorang tenaga pekerja since Shikin dah kecut perut tgk kaki n bunyik katak tu..jerit2 kitorg dlm bilik tu mcm nmpak hantu Kak Limah..sorok blkg langsir compartment masing2..da tepikir nak pggl technician da kan dtg bilik halau katak tu..comel je kan?

Akhirnye Diana(rummate jgk) pggl Mira Besar(selang 2 bilik)..Mira pon dtg dgn telekung2 skali jgk mcm Pekja! haha comel je dorang ni..Mira tgk je katak tu cakap 
"OOOHHHH...KECIK JER!!!!!" 
ktorg dah mcm, mak aih, budak ni cool gile..die pon amik penyapu tolak2 katak keluar n tak endahkan langsung bunyik katak tu yg "iiikk!! iiikk!!!"..time kaseh Mira!! =D

Skrg sume rummate dah bgn siap mandi dah.. sume tak tidur balik..ada hikmah kan??hahaha

The best thing ever happened in our life!

hari ni Maulidur Rasul k kengkawan..=) jgn lupe utk selawat ke ats nabi kite every single day..
k so sempene hari yg mulia ini,aku nak sharing bende yg mulia jugak..utk dikongsikan dgn org ramai..=) testimoni aku n org lain..

aku?? ape result aku amik Herbalife ni??

  • dulu aku tembam ar time SESERI, biasa la kan masuk asrama..pastu masuk foundation kat UIA je, zzrroop! berat aku jatuh smpi 38kg..amik ko..aku pon tak tau cane leh jadi cenggitu..so aku amik herbalife n berat aku sekarang 42,43..42,43..lari2 ikot situ je lah..so aku pon dapat berat ideal ikot BMI..=)happy3!
  • okay, the main n major problem aku is SEMBELIT aka CONSTIPATION! tp takdelah melampau darah2 tu kan..just mcm seminggu sekali je berak..pastu saaaaakit sgt perut,ngs2 kat kakak..kakak pon pi bli ubat kat pharmacy, aku telan, cirit birit, lega..tp gile ke kalau aku nak amik pil dadah cirit birit tu 4 the rest of my life??so after consuming Herbalife,perut aku dah lawas!!!!!ini paling happy nak mampos!heee dulu aku makan betik bnyk2,makan prune bnyk2 pon tak berak2..bak kate member aku"hoi,kalau aku makan betik byk ni,aku dah cirit birit dah!" fine, it does'nt happen to me..aku amik shake jugak jd better..=)
  • next,aku resdung dasat gak..smpi arwah mak aku ckp "adik, adik dok tonyoh2 hidung tu,tecabut kang baru tau!" n pagi2 aku kene hidup dgn tisu kat tgn,keluar jalan kene bwk handkercheif, dlm beg kene sentiasa ada tisu,hachum all the time,stress sikit meleleh2,time exam paling kesian la aku ckp..haih,sedih gak hidup aku ni dulu..now,pagi2 takyah hidup ngan tisu,tp tgn pgg shake bgn2 tido nak breakfast..=) hidung dah tak extreme gatal mcm dulu..hachum dah jarang..skrg member mintak tisu pon aku dah jarang ada,coz tak gne..keh3...
  • aku migrain!!!!!!!!!start time masuk boarding skool..selalu gile migrain, telan dadah lagi, pastu tido..esok pg pon pening lagi!!apakah??aku pon tak paham tp yg penting merana tak dpt wat keje!!skrg,dah tak migrain!!!=) 
  • improved skin. dulu kering,dry sgt skin..n skin tone not even..
oke,now aku nak cite pasal org lain pulak..kite start ngan org loose weight..

bob loose 62 kg in 11 months!


dr kamarul..dokter skrg ramai je gemuk kan?dietician pon ramai gemok..haish!

STRESS! family kat Petaling Jaya. aku je sesat Kuantan.

 Huuaarrgghh!! aku rase stress sbb tak dpt balik minggu ni! yela, kakak aku balik dari Seremban, abang aku pon balik dari Melaka. jadi? sume org ada kat umah.. aku jeeeeee sesat kat Kuantan this week. T__T'



pg td ada hospital visit kat HTAA tgk dietetics department. tibe dikejutkan ngan berita umah bestie, nani and amal kene pecah ,masuk! ape die?? yup! nasib kene pecah masuk ngan org yg tak berapa pandai nak merompak kan..brg yg hilang just laptop adik nani,una..syukur kat Allah..manusia2 penghuni rumah selamat..jd nani kol je, aku n mell n amal(ktorg satu kelas) tros begegas gi umah nani, dgn khidmat ab(laki hensem mell) amik kitorg dari hospital..balik UIA ptg,tros tido jap sbb mlm b4 tido 2 jam je, mata dah juling2 time ni. pukul 6 gi pasar malam ngan rumate. mlm ada kelas CATERING AND FOOD SERVICE. esok pon ada kelas catering pg smpi ptg. huaa! mmg sah la tak dpt balik minggu ni! Ahad ada training Herbalife!!(ini best.kene pegi.hehe)

td balik kelas kol abah..ha, meriah bunyik dgr kat phone kan..jeles3! fine. takpelah semoga usaha aku pegi kelas mencari ilmu diberkati Allah. amin~ =p cakap ngan abah n nyah(kakak)..tp rasanye yg agkt phone main2 kan aku wat2 suare bengong tu yeop(abg).. tambah2 lagi dgr suare bdk kecik sorang tu dok rengek2 kat tepi kan..pastu abah bg si kenit ni hp,ada la ckp bahasa baby ngan die kejap..

Hmm dah la esok kakak aku nak gi Australia jalan2 ngan member, tak dpt nak hntr die..sorry nyah, ada kelas plak kan..tp hadiah tetap perlu okay? =p

Tips kawal makan snack berlebihan.

 Yeaahaa!!dah hbs exam 4 this week.boleh merapu kat blog dah! =D (oke,assgnmnt belambak lambak lambak lambak lambak tak sedar diri.ptg ni ada discussion, ada parenting class, jumpe prospect lagi. free la sgt kan. -_-')

okeh, mari kite berbalik kepada tujuan sebenar. korang ske nguyah2, munching2, binge eating tak? smbl tgk tv channel 711 astro, fav sit-com korang?

time tgh study ke?time stay up ke?

ske tak ske tak? emm ramai gak yg aku nmpk mengangguk ni..oke,di sini saya ingin sertakan, beberapa tips utk menahan diri dari makan snek2 yg boleh buat kita secara tak langsung put extra calories in our tummy! lagi2 time tgh berdiet..ble that awful feeling nak pegi dapur bukak peti ais tu, actually boleh wreck your diet tau. kadg2 boleh la, hari2 tarak boleh la oke sayang2 ku? biasa la tu, kadang kite rasa nak mkn bende high calories mcm berger, choc, cakes, kan..boleh je amik, tp kene sedar diri la bile dah terlebih and terselalu tu..jgn amik over2 dos..heh

First things first! the most important thing is to take breakfast,lunch and dinner! tolong jgn ngade2 nak skip meals, pastu nnt craving 4 something, gi kiosk, beli roti cream, crackers. hari2 mcm tu teruk la..better if kita amik normal meal and plan a healthy snacking. skipping nutritious food will make u uncomfortably hungry!!!
ni cth ape yg jadi if tak breakfast (gmbr ke 2). sori tak jumpe chart lain.jumpe herbalife punye je.


Secondly, plz2 tahan diri, avoid yourself from buying unhealthy snacks selalu sgt. Actually bnyk healthy foods u can get at the super market nowadys. maggi pon dah ada yg tambah vit (err, cth tak baik .=p)
oke, maybe its a lil bit expensive, but hello, where can u get good things for cheap price right?

hmm, cth snacking yg sihat mcm mixed fruit ke, yougurt, salad tak yah excessive mayonnaise kalau nak letak mayonnaise(campur raw almonds, kismis pon boleh), oats, sunsweet prune, baby carrots(sedap woo), cellery ngan tuna, fat free pudding, etc lah, korang pndi2 cari nnt k.

Ada jugak tips yg kate, bakar scented candles. aku tak tahu kebenaran nye, aku taknah try la plak tapi korang try la kalau nak tau.=p

And, instead of eating snacks, try to drink water. sometimes, when our body needs water, we mistakenly thought we need food. Ni aku baca jgk, minum herbal tea, campur honey sikit. bagi yg amik tea herbalife jgn campur madu yeh!takyah nak ngade2.haha so,try minum air bnyk2 sikit dulu, then pikir blk, nak snacking ke lagi?

Pastu, tgn ni,korang kuis2 la ape2..main puzzle ke, menjahit ke, basuh baju lipat baju ke, yg penting tgn tu jgn gatal pi kat locker nak amik mknn. hah, korang try bukak laptop bukak facebuk, tulis blog, main game, mesti hanyut tak ingt dah nak mengunyah crackers.heh kesimpulannye utk larikan pemikiran drpd fikir "aku nak makan, aku nak makan, aku nak makan jugak!!"
Jauhkan stok2 makanan dari sofa nak tgk tv. ni tak,tepi sofa konpem ada meja kecik tok letak kerepek la, keropok la, grg pisang la..so letak sume tu kat dapur. paling safe, takyah beli. hahaha bile kempunan je beli. =p takpon, tgk tv, pegang segelas air masak..=)

Next, gosok gigi after meal. sbb ada aku baca ni, die kate boleh elakkan kita makan dalam masa 1 jam berikutnye..hmm tips bagus!mulut pon bersih! 

An important question you should ask yourself "hmm, patut ke aku makan keropok ni ar? betul ke aku lapar?ke saje nak makan?" paling best if ngadap cermin time ni n  tanya diri sendiri..boleh tmbh lagi satu soalan "nnt, sanggup ke aku terima padah nye?" hehe tp jgn over2 plak nnt ada body image problem pulak. oke? ni just utk membantu dari elak diri if tak perlu makan, jgn mkn. mkn tu kene?ha, kene ape? bersederhana..

Kalau rajin, usha dulu nutrition content paket chikidies2 yg korang ske makan b4 bukak packet tu..cube kira kalau everyday makan, brp bnyk kalorie korang tambah dlm seminggu. sebulan? setahun? haa..itulah juga fungsi ada nutrition content kat foods. utk pengguna tahu info dlm mknn tu. jd gunalah sebaik2 nya..=)

hmm,tu je lah kot tips yg dapat aku kongsi..
harap korang dapat menjaga diri dr overweight dan obesity.
makan bile perlu.

Heart is pumping faster and faster as it approaches.



Uwwaaa!!!!aku rasa gemuruh, sewel pon ada sikit, excited melampau, tak sabar oke!! jantung gemuruh boleh jatuh!kalah aku jumpe BF aku..eh2, tak2 syg, i tipu jer..=p
aku nak gi EXTRAVAGANZA!!!!dah rindu sgt dah ni..tiap2 hari dok pikir BANGKOK3!

Fine,ada org mungkin akan ckp, ala, Bangkok jerr...tp excitement die lain gile when you are in the hall tau!seriously!

ada member pon tanya aku, "asal org Herbalife ni gile Herbalife ar?" hmm  aku try la jwb eh..sbb die mmg best, die buat org sihat, die business yg reliable and inernational, event die gempak, rewards die gempak, results pon gempak, and kitorg tak rasa malu wat Herbalife..bukannya benda tak elok, bukannya pil cirit birit, bukannya dadah, etc..and the best part aku rasa lifestyle aku lebih sihat la dari aku yg dulu kan..of course semua org nak badan yg lebih sihat, so eventually kitorg pon happy lah, excited lah..hee =)

ni la kat pintu2 masuk EXPO Singapore..cantek kan? satu expo ni penuh org Herbalife smpai toilet pon kena ada toilet bergerak tu..haha tak cukup toilet expo..

sume org jadi sgt excited time lagu2,videos, lawak2 speakers, tp bile time serious, 18,000++ org ni boleh jd silence terus..focus! hehe
