10 FANTASTIC RULES OF DIETING.



These are the diet rules that people never tought of !!


RULE 1#
the statement of --->   " DIET STARTS TOMMORROW.... "
tommorrow will be the same statement over and over again for the next few months, few years and then you start to wonder where the hell these kilo's came from!!

RULE 2#
food used as medicinal purpose does not count..
" IM STRESS!!! I NEED CHOCOLATE!! I NEED CHEESE BURGER!! I NEED ICE CREAM!! "

RULE 3#
Food eaten off somebody else's plate does not count..
" Oh no..what a waste..let me finish up your meal.. " *with a pathetic smile*

RULE 4#
Movie related foods do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment..it comes in combo = MOVIE + POPCORN n CHIPS n HOTDOGS..
even if they do have additional calories, the calories will be divided equally to everyone as the popcorn is shared with frens *while you're the one holding the popcorn along the movie* so its a low calorie food!

RULE 5#
Foods eaten during festivals are 0 calories.. well, that's what everyone thinks.. and we have cultivated the fact in our mind from small and now you've celebrated like how many years of  HARI RAYA HAJI, HARI RAYA AIDILFIRTI, DEEEPAVALI, CHINESE NEW YEAR, CHRISTMAS, WEDDING CEREMONY, and so on..so we can eat a lot especially the food with butter, oils, santan, cookies, biscuits and cupcakes because it's 0 calories peeps!! the calories doesn't count and does not accumulates in our body!

RULE 6#
" a balanced diet is nasi lemak/ roti canai and teh tarik for breakfast, lunch with fast food, tea time with teh tarik/cendol and goreng pisang/keropok lekor/karipap, dinner with fried rice, supper with double cheese burger which you bought it besides the 7 eleven mart"

RULE 7#
" Diet soda is fine..eat it with a brownie and the calories will cancel out each other "

RULE 8#
drive the car to the nearest fast food restaurant for your breakfast every morning after u jog..

RULE 9#
don't drink a lot of water because it will make you fat..malay people call it as "GEMUK AIR"
drink only when u have to and possibly drink only a bottle of mineral water (500ml/day) or less..the less the better..

RULE 10#
replace your meal with salad/ fruit salad mix with overload of mayonnaise, thousand island and coleslaw dressing..





CONFIRM LAH YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT!!       ^_^
