Importance of Breakfast. Mine's Herbalife nutritional shake. what's yours?

aku dikala breakfast pagi2. =)

So, dari statement kat atas ni, kite dapat tau yg breakfast teramat la penting dlam hidup kan?
kadang2 kagum gak bile orang jaga kereta lagi hebat dari jaga badan sendiri..nasib belum jumpe je org yg cakap mcm ni:
 "tuhan dah plan, bile kereta aku akan sampai ajal, so aku tak perlu take care sangat kete aku tu..bile dah sampai ajal, nak rosak, rosak jugak..aku takyah nak jaga2 hantar kete gi service, maintainance kete, cek minyak hitam sume tu.." 
tapi hakikatnye manusia sedar yang kite perlu jaga kereta untuk maintain kan performance kereta tu, tapi malangnye selalu tak sedar yang kite punye badan pon perlukan maintanance..
(ape punye perbandingan da aku gne...XD)

sebenarnye penyakit2 kronik mcm kencing manis jantung sume tu boleh di prevent dgn salah satu nye jaga pemakanan..tapi, org ske cakap " ala, kalau tuhan dah tetapkan nak sakit, sakit la jugak kalau aku jaga macam mane pon.." ikot ske kau lah.malas aku nak layan. haha

aku sbnrnya nak bebel pasal breakfast ni..KENAPA BREAKFAST?? ala, penting sangat kerR??sini aku bebel sikit.
1) 40 tahun research tentang breakfast cakap, yang breakfast ni meal paling penting dalam seharian kita and penting untuk semua range umur and makhluk yg bernama manusia kat dunia ni..kanak2, teenagers, warga emas, golongan istimewa, pondan, bapuk, lesbian etc sume perlukan sarapan pagi ni.
"Eating breakfast is very important for the brain and the body first thing in the morning", said Los Angeles registered dietitian Gail Frank, spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. "Breakfast skippers often feel tired, restless or irritable in the morning."

2) sarapan tu la merupakan peluang utk badan kite isi balik blood glucose level lepas kite tidur, tak makan apa2..glucose (sugar) ni penting utk otak n source utama utk tenaga n fuel kite punye muscle utk aktiviti kita.

3) breakfast ni, SANGAT2 penting utk penurunan berat badan dan pengurusan berat badan. supaya kita tak lapar pukul 10pg mcm tu pastu gi makan tit bits bnyk2 instead of taking a proper breakfast.
"You 'break the fast' of not eating for the past eight to 12 hours. It helps curb your hunger and prevent binge eating later in the day. Breakfast is important to manage your weight and potentially loose weight by eating less calories throughout the day."

4) tau tak yg breakfast boleh affect kite punye mood dan emosi? so sape yang marah2 pagi2 tu tak breakfast la tu. kurang nutrisi.XD

5) utk students, breakfast ni teramatla penting utk konsentrasi dalam kelas. pastu research pon ada cakap yg students amik sarapan pagi lagi excel dari yg tak sarapan pagi. orang keje pon sgt perlukan breakfast utk prestasi kerja. =)

p/s : kata2 dalam " " tu sume dietician yang cakap..


so apa excuse korang utk tak breakfast??!!!!
takda masa?? come on!! lame gila alasan..how much time does it take utk nak makan cereal/oats pagi2?ntah, lama la kot utk org yg  tak breakfast ni. kalau tak pon, set la alarm 10 minit awal pagi2 tu..aku senang je wat shake 2 minit da siap, kalau tak sempat aku bwk gi kelas je (which aku mmg slalu buat).

tak lapar?? sebab korang dah skip breakfast lamaaa sangat yg membuatkan badan pon tak terasa lapar, dah takleh detect hungry signal pagi2..cuba try amik simple2 breakfast, nanti mesti badan korang normal balik. start changing yourself to a healthier eating habits/lifestyle. take the step. do the right thing. eat breakfast!

alasan "aku tak ske la makanan sarapan pagi2 milo, oats, roti, nasi lemak etc"???..cuba minum shake, konpem suka punye la breakfast..takde breakfast problem dah. XD

kenapa aku pilih shake Herbalife utk breakfast?oke sbgi student la kan, takda maknanye aku nak gi cafe pepagi buta cari nasi lemak.malas kot!!(korang pon tau nasi lemak hari2 pon tak elok jugak). paling penting, shake ni die ringkas, senangkan keje aku, takyah amik masa lama.bawak gi kelas je kalau tak sempat tu..pastu aku ni mmg nak kene breakfast,and aku tau kepentingan breakfast ni. kalau tak, mula la nanti pukul 9 melelau cari kiosk beli jajan..ish3..teruk betul kalau tak breakfast. .pastu, Herbalife shake ni nutrisi, mestilah aku pikir, pagi2 aku nak bagi badan dgn makanan yg sihat, high nutrition dense food utk start up my day..rasa best je, seronok je..(mgkn sbb aku tak prefer makan mee grg, nasi lemak, roti canai pagi2..aku rasa macam kesian je kat badan aku)..

so, itu aku..korang breakfast ape?? ke korang golongan tak breakfast?? pape pon, breakfast la k?sgt penting!!
anyone yang nak ubah lifestyle by taking healthy breakfast mcm aku, boleh contact k? InsyaAllah aku akan tolong korang..=)
